Lincoln County Cultural Coalition (LCCC)
The Lincoln County Cultural Coalition (LCCC) disburses grant funds from the Oregon Cultural Trust (OCT) to arts heritage and humanities organizations throughout Lincoln County. I’ve been active over sixteen years.
